The OER 5 Multifuel stove is a contemporary looking stove with a large viewing window which offers a superb view of the flames due to the powerful airwash system.  Being DEFRA approved, you can be confident about burning logs in a smoke controlled area.

Please note all handles are magnetic and should be removed when the appliance is burning.

  • Standard deliveries arrive via a 10-tonne lorry (similar in size to a bin wagon or fire engine), equipped with a tail lift and pallet truck.

  • Access must be suitable: solid, level surfaces (no gravel, steps, steep slopes, or grass).

  • The driver will move the pallet to the nearest accessible point, but cannot go over unsuitable terrain or carry goods indoors, though may place them inside a garage if accessible.

  • If you have narrow gates, restricted access, or other challenges, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

  • Our free service is a one-man delivery. We recommend having someone available to assist, especially for larger items.

  • The delivery driver is not able to unpack or install your goods unless this is a service you have selected

Checking Your Delivery

  • On delivery of your palletised goods, the driver will wait up to 10 minutes while you inspect the item(s).

  • Please check your goods before the driver leavesIf there is any damage or the driver refuses to wait, note this on the delivery slip (e.g., “Driver did not wait – damage unchecked”).

  • For any damage found, mark the delivery note clearly and contact us immediately.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you miss your pre-booked delivery, a re-delivery charge may apply.

  • For smaller items sent via courier (e.g., stove glass), the courier will leave a note with redelivery instructions if you’re not home.

Additional Delivery Notes

  • Accessory items like fitting kits and liner packs may be sent separately via courier on the same day. You’ll receive email confirmation if this is the case.

When you purchase an in-stock product before midday (available to most of the UK Mainland) we will deliver the item(s) for FREE on all baskets that have a value of over £100. Any order under £100 is subject to a £6.95 shipping fee. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday however we can deliver on Saturday and Sunday for an additional cost.
 
Free Click & Collect:
 
If your item is in stock, you can order it online to collect from one of our showrooms or warehouses. This could mean you'll get your product even quicker than we can deliver it to you. When ordering your goods please state in your order comments which showroom or warehouse you would like to collect from and on which day. Feel free to contact us for collection information and locations of our warehouses.
 
Delivery Information:
 
Your goods will usually be delivered on a 10-tonne vehicle (about the size of a bin wagon). If there is likely to be a problem with access please contact us in advance of placing your order. Examples of areas we cannot deliver to are long or gravelled drives, areas inside walled cities with height restrictions, narrow lanes, grassed lawns, steep drives, narrow gateways or up/down steps. We may be able to make alternative delivery arrangements if you contact us in advance.
 
With our standard delivery service, there will be one driver, we suggest you have at least one other person with you to assist. The driver will move the goods to the nearest accessible wheel point depending on access. Unfortunately due to insurance and health and safety issues, the driver is not permitted to move the goods inside your property but can wheel them into a garage. 
  
We advise that you check the goods while the driver is still there. The driver is obliged to wait for up to 10 minutes, (for palletised goods only) whilst you unpack and check the goods. If the driver refuses to wait then please mark the goods as damaged on the delivery note, so you are covered for all eventualities. If you have checked the goods and they are found to be damaged, please mark this clearly on the delivery note and contact our offices straight away.
 
If you are unavailable when your goods are delivered on your pre-booked delivery date, then re-delivery charges will apply. If you are unavailable when smaller packaged goods (eg. Stove Glass) are delivered, the courier company will leave a note, explaining how to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time.
