The Classic III from Kamado Joe is the most up to date ceramic grill in their prestigious range, incorporating innovative design features to ensure you get the best cooking experience every time. Its large cooking surface is enough to make multiple dishes at once and its Divide & Conquer system allows you to cook on multiple levels for different styles of cooking.
The great thing about kamado grills is their heat retention. The Classic III's thick ceramic walls ensure the heat stays inside and gives your dishes an even cook whilst keeping the centre nice and juicy. The Classic III is also great for smoking and even roasting large poultry.
The two side shelves are made from coated aluminium and provide enough space to prep and serve your dishes with integrated tool hooks to keep your utensils close by. The Classic III's shelves are also foldable for easy storage and its brand new galvanized steel cart perfectly complements the grill while also making it incredibly easy to move.
